Sitting here in Bali, I’m reflecting on the journey that brought me here. At 27, after years of living to please others, I attended my first therapy session. It was a rainy day, and for the first time, someone truly listened to me. I cried, and I didn’t even realize why. That moment changed everything, but it hasn’t been easy. A lot of stones were—and still are—put in my way.
Guided by my therapist, I began breaking free from old patterns and learned to understand the deep impact my environment had on my mental health and well-being. Now, I will reflect on everything I’ve learned and share it with you.
